Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

Tourgee & Associates, Inc., doing business as TAI Engineering or TAI (“TAI” or “TAI Engineering”), and its sister company TAI Specialty Construction, Inc. (“TAI Specialty Construction”) are two separate and distinct legal entities.

Although the companies are affiliated and may collaborate on projects, each maintains its own independent legal identity, corporate structure, contracts, banking, insurance, and financial obligations.

When you receive a purchase order, the document will clearly state which entity is issuing the order. The terms and conditions that govern your transaction are those of the specific legal entity named on the purchase order.

It is your responsibility as a vendor or supplier to review and comply with the correct set of terms applicable to the issuing company.
