Provided overall QA/QC Program Management. The project involved the construction of a new underground electrical transmission line crossing under the Chesapeake Bay. The scope of work included the installation of two high-voltage cable systems, landside and marine concrete structures, and related electrical systems, as well as environmental remediation and site restoration.
